This results in climatic conditions that allow the grapes to ripen slowly. This gives ENATE's wines their appreciated fine and delicate nuances.

This exquisite wine is made from the Gewürztraminer grape, known for its aromatic properties and expressive character. It has a bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose, it offers intense, lush and seductive aromas of flowers (rose and jasmine) along with exotic fruits of lychee and mango. On the tongue, the wine is full and silky smooth with fantastic flavours of tropical fruit, delicate spiciness and a hint of honey. The wine has a very good balance between sweetness and freshness. The sublime finish is long and persistent.
