Mont Ventoux
The vineyards for this wine are located in a biosphere reserve on Mont Ventoux. The name "Souffle du Géant" refers to the fresh air currents that descend from the summit of Mont Ventoux, these winds create a microclimate and ultimately guarantee the freshness in the wine.
Beautiful freshness
This wine is a blend of the Clairette and Roussanne grape, characterised by brilliant notes of peach, apricot and pear. On the palate, one tastes lush fruit aromas combined with its pronounced, beautiful freshness. A very beautiful wine!
