A great ruby red wine characterised by full aromas of red fruit (raspberries) with spicy notes and brilliantly complemented by hints of blueberries. It is a lively wine, supple tannins, a delicious fruity finish with refined wood notes.

A blend of 90% sangiovese and 10% cabernet sauvignon grapes that have matured excellently on the gentle slopes of the Tuscan countryside. The wine enjoyed a 6-month barrel maturation. This gave it a full, firm flavour with a nice touch of acidity.

This is a wine that is best drunk with the better meat-based pasta dishes. A delicious pasta drenched in a tasty ragout is heavenly with this wine.
