Founded in 1913 by the Barros family, this winery is today the reference in the art of making Port wines. Their craftsmanship is superb expressed here, aiming for excellence and quality while maintaining tradition and values.

This Ruby is a Port made from a blend of young wines matured for a minimum of three years in wooden casks. It has a lively, garnet red colour with fruity nose aromas and in the mouth, a full bouquet of black fruit and with a harmonious freshness. The finish is characterised by big, delicate fruit flavours with a long, persistent aftertaste.

Ideal with a selection of soft and/or hard cheeses and with smoked ham.
