Everything the Despagne family does is always, but always, well above category" says wine guru Robert Parker. It all starts with meticulous winemaking with respect for the environment!

They then use state-of-the-art vinification techniques to produce modern wines that are fruity, bright, pure, precise, aromatic and also easily accessible!

This wine is composed mainly of Sauvignon with a limited addition of the Sémillon grape and this from vines over a hundred years old. The 8-month barrel aging in oak barrels gives this wine its pure elegance with brilliant aromas of passion fruit and mango and a fantastic, mineral finish.

Delicious with warm fish dishes with sauces, with veal and hard cheeses.
