Modern vinification
The Ardèche, surrounded by natural borders between the Rhone and the Cévennes, consists of landscapes where caves, rivers, mountains and picturesque villages meet. Here the vines grow at medium altitude under a Mediterranean sky and with a very varied soil of clay and limestone. With modern vinification on top, you get quality in the glass!
Chardonnay
This wine has wonderful aromas of white flowers and acacias. It tastes creamy and clearly typifies the characteristics of the Chardonnay grape, almond, lime and fresh butter. The aftertaste is long, fresh and balanced.
Gastronomy
Excellent as an aperitif, but also delicious with fish dishes or soft cheeses.
