When Frenchman Jean Bousquet was looking for new vineyards to make quality wines in 1997, he decided to settle in the municipality of Tupungato near Mendoza. Sublime vineyards at the foot of the Andes at an altitude of about 1200 metres are the result. The grapes benefit from large daily temperature fluctuations, which allows them to ripen lavishly and yet remain juicy, inviting a second glass.

This red wine, made from organic grapes, is composed of 85% malbec, supplemented by syrah, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. It has a deep violet colour, the typical colour for a top quality Argentine malbec! In the nose, aromas of fresh mushrooms and red berries. Tones of plum and spices. Medium-bodied wine with full fruit expressions of fresh raspberries, blackberries and figs in the mouth with refined notes of chocolate. The finish is supple and flavoursome with a long aftertaste.

Excellent accompaniment to grilled beef, stews and pork roasts.
