Varied soil

The Ardèche, surrounded by natural borders between the Rhône and the Cévennes, consists of landscapes where caves, rivers, mountains and picturesque villages meet. The vines grow at medium altitude between a Mediterranean sky and a very varied soil.

Elegant Pinot Noir

Buis d'Aps, a town in the municipality of Alba la Romaine, has a terroir of clay and limestone, on slopes where the Pinot Noir grape ripens perfectly. This elegant wine with hints of red fruit and herbs tastes silky soft. The finish is long with refined woody notes.

Gastronomy

It goes very well with cold meats, cold buffets and a good cheese platter.
