Delicious wine

Susumaniello comes from "somarello" (donkey) because the grapes are "like loaded". This grape is less known than Primitivo or Negroamaro, but is the spearhead of Puglia's oenological revival. This wine is deliciously fruity (blackberries, strawberries), well-structured and powerful with a slight woody touch due to 6 months of wood maturation.
