Superb craftsmanship
Founded in 1913 by the Barros family, this winery is today the reference in the art of making Port wines. Their craftsmanship is superb expressed here, aiming for excellence and quality while maintaining tradition and values.
Excellent flavour aromas
This 10-year-old Port is the result of a blend of wines matured for at least ten years in casks. It has a beautiful mahogany red colour, smell and taste aromas of dried fruit (apricot, plum), caramel, vanilla and chocolate, complemented with excellent sweet notes of ripe fruit.
Gastronomy
Very good as an aperitif, with desserts based on nuts, caramel and pistachio and with old cheeses.
