Château de la Commanderie, Lalande-de-Pomerol 2020/'22

This fantastic 40-hectare wine estate, located in the appellation Lalande-de-Pomerol is managed by the renowned Moueix family. The superb location of the vineyards in the beautiful valley of the Isle produces a very fine, characterful quality wine every year!

This generous wine, made from the three main Bordeaux grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon possesses a bright, cherry-red colour with in the nose, pure aromas of freshly picked cherries, raspberries, currants, impressions of vanilla and with refined wood notes. On the palate, the wine is soft on the one hand, while the presence of the Merlot grape gives it the necessary power. The flavourful, round texture with very long finish makes this wine a true wine pleasure! In short, an energetic, opulent wine made by the owners of Château Petrus and particularly loved by the loyal Belvino clientele.
