The Paladin family watches over the well-being of the vines, in symbiosis with the rural and pastoral landscape. Tradition, for the preservation of certain older plots, a manual harvest and other fine details have remained unchanged and all this combined with a modern and well-kept oenology!

Paladin carefully produces this dynamic & structured 'Drago Rosso' from perfectly overripe Merlot grapes resulting in a deep ruby red wine with brilliant, full aromas of cherries and blueberries and this accompanied by a refined spiciness and licorice. The persistent and harmonious aftertaste makes this wine a beautiful wine!
