In 1962, Cantine San Marzano was born by 19 talented winemakers, with the sole aim of making top-level quality wines! And without a doubt, they succeeded in doing so with great distinction!

This magnificent wine was made from 100% Primitivo grape and this from 60-year-old vines in and around the best vineyards of San Marzano and Sava. An 18-month ageing in French and American oak barrels creates a stunning wine, brimming with flavours, power and elegance.

This exceptional wine possesses a full, ruby red colour with purple brilliance. In the nose, one recognises fresh, fruity aromas of plums, figs, cherry jam and a refined spiciness. On the palate, this Anniversario 62 is a full-bodied yet elegant wine, rich in recurring fruit aromas and with brilliant impressions of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. The finish is very long and impressive!
