This high-quality white wine vinegar is produced in the north-east of Italy, near Venice, and has an intense, straw-yellow colour. Obtained by natural preparation of wine and pinot gris must, aged for 5 years in 225 litre barrels according to the solera system.
Sweet & mellow aromas
The result is an exceptionally concentrated vinegar with delicate, sweet and softly woven aromas, a beautiful freshness with light fruity notes of white wine. Very tasty and juicy!
