Wood aged for 5 months

The vineyards of this estate are located north-east of Bari. The soil is partly sandy, partly limestone. The vines are planted in terraces along the hills of Puglia. After harvest and fermentation, the wine matures for 5 months in French oak barrels. The colour is intense red with purple tones, the smell is fruity with sweet spicy notes. Its taste is soft, fruity (blackcurrant), fine tannins and a long, delicious aftertaste.
