Ideal location

In 2005, industrialist Alain Château decided to turn over a leaf and take up a new challenge with an activity closer to his passions. He then bought the prestigious Château Yon-Figeac, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé. A domain of 24 ha in one piece planted with 80% merlot and 20% cabernet franc grapes. The location is ideal, in the best terroir of Saint-Emilion, that of Figeac and Cheval Blanc.

Great ageing potential

Château Yon-Figeac, whose vineyards are still worked traditionally following the advice of oenologist Denis Dubourdieu. This wine reveals a broad palette of fruit aromas, velvety tannins and great ageing potential.
