Talented winemaker

Château des Eyssards, a magnificent wine estate with 55 hectares of vineyards, is run by Pascal Cuisset, one of the most talented winemakers in the Bergerac region. Although Pascal uses the most modern vinification techniques, his deep conviction remains: "good grapes make good wine, and the work is mainly done in the vineyard". That this conviction is put into practice is evident in his wines, generous and well made: "always a glass full of grapes".

Warm bouquet

In the aroma, a warm bouquet of ripe red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry. The taste is refreshing with lots of body and a long aftertaste. Made from Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this is a delicious glass of rosé for every occasion.

Gastronomy

Goes extremely well with grilled meat dishes and creamy cheeses.
