Talented winemaker

Château des Eyssards, a magnificent wine estate with 55 hectares of vineyards, is run by Pascal Cuisset, one of the most talented winemakers in the Bergerac region. Although Pascal uses the most modern vinification techniques, his deep conviction remains: "good grapes make good wine, and the work is mainly done in the vineyard". That this conviction is put into practice is evident in his wines, generous and well made: "always a glass full of grapes".

Juicy taste

This wine is composed of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and enjoyed 12 months of wood aging. The wine has beautiful nose expressions of cassis, vanilla and spices. The taste is soft and juicy with a long, seductive aftertaste. Ideal with red meat dishes.
