Château Carteau, managed by the sympathetic Bertrand family owns 22 hectares of vineyards on the southern slopes in the heart of Saint-Emilion. The wine made from 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon grape ages brilliantly for 15 months in French oak barrels.

The colour is deep garnet red and shines beautifully in the glass. In the nose, stunning aromas of freshly picked red fruit (cherries) and with an elegant spiciness. The full, round taste of red and black fruits (berries) combined with soft tannins will make you dream away!
