Château Haut-Mayne, owned by the Boyer family is located in Cérons, south of Bordeaux and known for its exceptional soil consisting of lime and gravel.

Château Haut-Mayne's white wines are harvested only when the grapes have reached perfect ripeness. As a result, a brilliant wine with light yellow colour. It is also fruity with aromas of tropical fruit and vanilla. Thanks to bottle ageing, you obtain an absolute top wine from this appellation.

It goes well with seafood, fish dishes in sauces, white meat and cheese dishes.
