Since 1859, the Ogier house has shone within the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation in the Rhone Valley. Exceptional plots offer the opportunity to make great wines. Producer Ogier's mission allows him to offer a wide range, especially wines from the southern Rhône Valley. Antoine Ogier, founder of this well-known winery, preferred ripe grapes for vinification and ageing in oak barrels.

The vines are of respectable age and the wine aged brilliantly in oak barrels for eight months. The result is a savoury, spicy wine of black pepper, liquorice and with wonderful aromas of strawberries and blackcurrants. The lingering finish is simply gorgeous and stunning.
