ENATE strives to produce the best wines with the best grapes, making intensive use of the most advanced technologies. ENATE's vineyards are located in Somontano, protected by the Pyrenees. This results in climatic conditions that allow the grapes to ripen slowly. This gives the wines from ENATE their much appreciated fine and delicate nuances.

Wood-ripened Chardonnay

This magnificent Chardonnay, matured for 6 months in oak barrels, shows a very nice balance between the tropical fruits of pineapple, grapefruit and its very refined aromas of toast and hazelnut. It is a full-bodied wine with a pleasant creamy character, elegant woody notes and a long finish.

Gastronomy

Perfect in combination with fish dishes in sauces, with white meat and cheeses of character.
