Organic

The Brocard family estate lies at the heart of the Chablis vineyards and was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien. It covers almost 144 ha with the Chardonnay grape, of which some 66 ha are certified organic.

This cuvée 'Sainte Claire' represents the brilliance of the Jean-Marc Brocard estate, the leading organic wine maker in Chablis.In the nose we discover beautiful aromas of lemon, pineapple and peach. The full flavour is round, creamy with a lot of finesse.
