Since 1820

Clos du Vigneau is one of the most beautiful mansions in the village of Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. Today, it is Antoine and François Jamet who manage the estate which has been in the family since 1820. And, as they say themselves, "the character of the wines is often similar to that of the winegrowers : pleasant, accessible, jovial and with character.

Cabernet Franc

The cabernet franc grape, anchored on well-drained soils of sand and gravel, carefully picked and after a 14 days maceration one obtains a supple wine with many aromas of red fruit. The fruity aftertaste melts beautifully with the velvety tannins.
