The ripeness of the fruit, the aromatic freshness, the supple, full-bodied structure make for an energetic, lively wine. This wine has a sparkling, deep ruby colour and the nose and flavour aromas are beautifully fruity with aromas of black cherries, raspberries and plums with a subtle spiciness of black pepper and thyme. This is a silky, flavourful wine with ripe tannins. The finish is long and persistent.
