This Minervois is a superb cru from our compatriots Guy and Ambroise Vanlancker. Only the best grapes are harvested manually to make a fantastic quality wine. In the nose, one smells the scent of ripe blackcurrants, cherries, plums and violets. The palate is elegant, supple with the generous presence of fresh fruit and with a nice, refined spiciness. The finish is long and persistent.

Excellent with all meat stews and cheeses.
