Spicy and elegant
This spicy Pinot Noir has a brilliant, bright ruby red colour with refined nose aromas of blackcurrants, plums, vanilla and oak. In the mouth one tastes expressions of blackberries and blueberries, cocoa, again vanilla and a refined, subtle spiciness in combination with its smoky toasty notes. The tannins are soft, elegant and the supple aftertaste is sultry and persistent.
Gastronomy
This red wine goes perfectly with lamb and with a tasty pasta with mushrooms.
