This magnificent wine was fermented 50% in oak barrels, the other half in stainless steel barrels. The color is beautiful golden yellow with in the nose, aromas of fresh fruit and vanilla. The taste is wonderfully delicious with an excellent bouquet of melon and green apple, complemented by hints of toasted oak and recurring vanilla from the barrel aging. Also, citrus and tropical fruits are very nicely present in this stylish wine. The full finish is long and refreshing.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with grilled fish dishes and risotto.
