Catena & Rotschild
Two famous families, Catena from Argentina and Rothschild from France, two wine cultures and two grape varieties. This wine is a blend of malbec, which is wonderfully at home in Argentina, and the universal cabernet sauvignon grape.
Fresh aromas
A lively, harmonious wine, this characterful wine possesses the balance between the Argentinean identity and the Bordeaux style. Deep dark red colour with expressions of violet and in the nose, a brilliant fruit bouquet of blueberry, elderberry and raspberry with a refined spiciness of vanilla. The taste is rich with fresh aromas of berries with a refined touch of wood, due to 12 months maturation in oak barrels.
Gastronomy
This wine is an excellent match with pork roasts with vegetables.
