This 6.5% red wine vinegar was obtained by the natural, artisanal preparation of wine and concentrated must of Cabernet Sauvignon grape and then matured according to the solera system in 200 litre barrels for 10 years.

The result is a slightly viscous, liquid vinegar with brilliant, spicy aromas and a subtle, sweet touch, supported by a beautiful sparkle!

Excellent vinegar for seasoning salads, vegetables and soups.
