Bollinger, Special Cuvée Brut
The perfection
Bollinger " a form of perfection".
Since 1829, the Bollinger house has been developing large champagnes with a powerful style, refined and complex. A permanent form of perfection is constantly sought down to the smallest details.
Vineyard
The vineyards of Bollinger, 178 hectares, mainly consist of Grands and Premiers Crus. The Pinot Noir grape forms the backbone of the Bollinger style. The Bollinger house is the only one with a range of aromas of such precision to complete its assemblages.
Full of character
This top champagne has a beautiful light yellow colour with golden reflections. In the nose and taste it possesses complex aromas of white fruit, light toast and sumptuous flavour. This is a Champagne full of character with a lot of elegance, refinement and with a blissful, long, lingering aftertaste.
Awarded 93 points at Wine Spectator and a silver medal at Decanter World Wine Awards.
