Organic

The Brocard family estate lies at the heart of the Chablis vineyards and was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien. It covers almost 144 ha with the Chardonnay grape, of which some 66 ha are certified organic.

Pure & refined

Precision, power and freshness form the Brocard signature, a unique style that can be found in each of these wines. This wine takes its name from the soil formed from fossilised shells, typical of Chablis. In the nose and mouth, it is particularly pure, supple and refined with fruity aromas of peach and yellow fruit.
