Organic

The Brocard family estate lies at the heart of the Chablis vineyards and was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien. It covers almost 144 ha with the Chardonnay grape, of which some 66 ha are certified organic.

Full aftertaste

Precision, power and freshness are the signature of Brocard, a unique style that can be found in each of its wines. This particular parcel, with more than 2 hectares in organic farming, produces wines that have a wonderful delicacy, richness and a firm minerality. They are clear and precise wines, salty and supple with subtle fruit notes and a soft, full aftertaste.
