Talented winemaker

Château des Eyssards, a magnificent wine estate with 55 hectares of vineyards, is run by Pascal Cuisset, one of the most talented winemakers in the Bergerac region. Although Pascal uses the most modern vinification techniques, his deep conviction remains: "good grapes make good wine, and the work is mainly done in the vineyard". That this conviction is put into practice is clearly recognisable in his wines, generous and well made: "always a glass full of grapes".

Character wine

This beautiful wine, made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, is a wine of character with a ruby red colour, nose aromas of forest fruits, cherries, light sweet spices and vanilla. The full flavour is perfectly balanced with the recurring presence of lots of red fruit with refined vanilla notes. The aftertaste is blissful and persistent.
