Near Trapani, on the west coast of Sicily, lies the vineyard Feudi di Castellazzo. This wine estate produces tasty wines according to the rules of organic farming. Cosi É means "as you wish". This wine made from the nero d'avola grape is widespread in Sicily but actually originates from the Trapani region.

This pleasant wine provides intense aromas and flavours of cherries and red fruits with lots of juice and freshness. The spicy finish is soft and persistent.

Goes very well with pasta, grilled meat, poultry and soft cheeses.
