"This wine is ideal with lunch," said Louis Bourisset, an accountant who founded his own wine company. The Gamay Noir grape, from the "Pierres Dorées", a region in southern Beaujolais makes for spicy, round wines with a nice fruitiness. The fresh and tasty finish is long and persistent.

This wine perfectly accompanies all cold meat dishes and try it with hot meatballs in tomato sauce.
