Appellation 'La Clape'
This wine reveals the history of the year 1650 with the peak of maritime trade in the port of Narbonne and this by the Greeks. The port of Narbonne was then protected by the island of La Clape. This rocky landscape, full of excellent vineyards produces delicious wines of the appellation 'La Clape'.
Full, powerful flavour
This wine has a deep red colour with purple sparkle. Made from Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre grapes and enjoyed an 8-month wood maturation, it possesses an exquisite nose of red and black fruits. Its palate is powerful, full and intense and this of delicious berry jam, cocoa and vanilla. The elegant, aromatic finish is long and persistent.
Gastronomy
Ideal with lamb, poultry and creamy cheeses.
