Vineyard

The house of Remoissenet Père & Fils, located in the historic centre of Beaune, is a supporter of responsible winegrowing with limited yields. This top house manages 40 hectares of vineyards in the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Côte Chalonnaise, and owns 13 hectares of vineyards including renowned parcels in the Beaune Premier Cru. The wines are of great precision, represent the terroir and are bottled with the utmost care for quality.

Powerful and round

Between Aloxe-Corton and Beaune lie the Savigny parcels, which yield only 1,500 bottles. The wine is aged in oak barrels. The nose and taste are powerful, with pleasant notes of ripe fruit (cherries) and a spicy undertone. The finish is round and fleshy.
