Chenin grape
Les Perruches is an estate located on a slope where the chenin grape grows. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by slow pressing and vinification in the cellars of this wine estate. 20% of the wine enjoys barrel aging, giving it its fullness and roundness.
Aromas of white fruit
On the nose, it possesses expressive aromas of white fruit supported by hints of fresh almonds and acacia flowers. The palate is soft and persistent with full aromas of citrus fruits and toasted hazelnuts.
Gastronomy
Very tasty with fish dishes with salmon, with asparagus with mousseline sauce or chicken with sauces.
