The Paladin family attaches great importance to research, respect for tradition and they fully apply these values to the wine estate, which has been family-owned since 1988. This wine family watches over the well-being of the vines in symbiosis with the rural and pastoral landscape. Tradition, for the preservation of certain older plots and a manual harvest ensure excellent quality.

This wine has a beautiful pink colour with in the nose, aromas of ripe pears, dried flowers and wild strawberry. On the palate, it is dry, flavoursome and very balanced.

Wonderful as an aperitif, with a salmon fillet or a fish risotto.
