Passion

François Ouzoulias and his family have been working in the vineyard with passion and dedication for generations, but it was he who decided to specialise in organic farming. This pioneer is an ambassador and recognised expert in the region. The château's plots are located at the foot of the hill, on a soil of ancient clay and sand in the commune of Saint-Hippolyte on the border of Saint-Emilion, east of Figeac.

Superb Bordeaux

This Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is a superb Bordeaux wine with nose and flavour aromas of strawberry and currant, followed by expressions of soft spices and vanilla. It is a Saint-Emilion with plenty of roundness and suppleness and with silky tannins. The generous finish is long and persistent.

Gastronomy

Certainly enjoyable with grilled meat dishes and lamb.
