This Les Folies de la Marquetterie is the first champagne in the history of the Taittinger brand and is a blend of 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyards have a beautiful view of the wine castle 'Château de la Marquetterie'.

The colour of this champagne is deep yellow with golden tones. In the nose, we discover fruity aromas of peaches and ripe apricots with subtle tones of toasted brioche and vanilla. The taste is supple and fruity with yellow peach and an expressive aftertaste.

A champagne of fullness and harmony, this "Folies de la Marquetterie" distinguishes itself by its rich aromas and complexity. A slow maturation of 5 years in the bottle completes the perfection of this wine.

The ideal accompaniment to roasted meat (veal, turkey) and fish dishes in sauces (lobster, crab, cod).
