Vallaurea is an oil made from 100% ripe Taggiasca olives from Liguria. These precious olives are obtained from a terroir which, according to tradition, is called the Golden Valley, Vallaurea. This Cru olive oil is characterised by an intense golden yellow colour and a sweet, delicate taste with almond notes.

Vallaurea olive oil brilliantly enhances the flavours of any dish, whether it is vegetables, fish or meat. It is delicious, for example, in a squid salad with potatoes and green beans or in a salad niçoise made with fresh lettuce, tuna, peppers, olives, boiled eggs, anchovies and tomatoes. Top!
