Vineyard

The house of Remoissenet Père & Fils, located in the historic centre of Beaune, is a supporter of responsible winegrowing with limited yields. This top house manages 40 hectares of vineyards in the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Côte Chalonnaise, and owns 13 hectares of vineyards including renowned parcels in the Beaune Premier Cru. The wines are of great precision, represent the terroir and are bottled with the utmost care for quality.

Pinot Noir

This Gevrey-Chambertin is made from beautiful parcels with the Pinot Noir grape in the leading role. It was vinified in the traditional way with an ageing of 16 months in oak barrels. With its red fruit aromas, it has everything needed to charm the lover of game dishes.
