Mineral soil

The 21 hectares of vineyards in Sancerre belonging to the Laporte family are farmed organically and have been certified since 2013. The separate vinification of each parcel produces wines with character, whose mineral soil consists mainly of flint. The wines of Domaine Laporte are on the menus of the best restaurants and are regularly praised in various wine guides.

Character

This beautiful Pouilly Fumé reflects the authenticity of its terroir, namely a soil of flint. In the nose, we get typical aromas of flint that are beautifully balanced with the soft, fresh pronounced character of this wine.

Citrus fruit

In the mouth, the pure and light attack gives way to a good harmonious roundness, accompanied by a nice freshness supported by citrus fruit. It is then the maturation in bottle that gives the Pouilly its "smoky" aromas.
